GOALS
This training will allow you to improve your ability to identify, determine and manage local content strategies in the extractive sector (oil, mining and gas). It will allow you to better understand the implications of local content provisions on the execution of an oil, gas and mining resources development project, particularly in terms of training, procurement and personnel management.

Good knowledge of the upstream extractive sector, law, economics and management.
